East Bridgford Hill is a very private location. You have total exclusivity of the whole house. A great place to feel free to brain storm, perfect for long board meetings, and lectures. Depending on your specific requirements you have a choice of any of our rooms.

In an effort to be more environmentally minded we are able to do video conferencing to save travel, this combined with a % of all corporate events will go to a charity, of your choice, that has been adopted by East Bridgford Hill.

Our Drawing Room which has views all across the valley can take up to 50 people seated at tables and many more if standing.

The Robens Room is a natural room for board meetings, it can take up to 18 people or, on separate tables, the room seats 25 people. Perfect for lunches, evening dinners and breakfast meetings and board meetings.

We have wireless internet throughout the house, a fax, photocopying, printing, digital projector, DVD and audio facilities for you to use if you wish.

We tailor our service for individual requirements.

£150 to hire the Board Room from 9 to 5pm – every hour after 5 pm will be charged by the hour.

If all the main house accommodation is taken the Board Room is £100 for a full day.

This includes  internet, projector and screen and a flip chart.

Tea and Coffee (Choice of all kinds of teas & decaffeinated coffee available)

Home made Elderflower water & Biscuits (Gluten free if so desired)

Local village home made cake.

Fresh Juices (supplement cost)
